Do you happen to know the details of the certification? Which Rabbi/agency is providing the certification, and does the certification also apply to the nibs?

Hi Jonathan -
Thanks for your interest. I wanted to let you know our nibs are indeed certified - both the nibs we sell as nibs, and the ones that we use to make the chocolate for our bars.
Rabbi Landinski is our certifier.
