Confection Workshop in the Theo kitchen with Autumn Martin
Have you ever been interested in making your
own chocolate confections?
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to spend the day with Chocolatier, Autumn Martin for a hands-on confection making class. You will learn how to make ganache, temper chocolate and enrobe the fillings! You will explore different methods for decorating and wrapping your delicious creations and you can take home the fruits of your labor! All materials and a light snack are included.

MARCH 28, Saturday @ 11am-4pm
PRICE: $125 (+tax) per person.
