SPRINGING AHEAD

Let's hear it for chirping birds, gentle breezes, sunny afternoons, and freshly made confections! Spring begins officially next week (March 20th)and we will begin offering our spring seasonals: lime coriander and jasmine pearl. 

Lime Coriander Ganache is made with toasted coriander and fresh lime juice. Zesty lip-smacking sweet-tart, with an interesting herbal note from the coriander, this confection screams sunshine!

Jasmine Pearl Ganache is infused with organic jasmine pearl green from Rishi Tea. Its heady, floral aroma will make you swoon with delight!

Rose Caramel, a perennial favorite, will continue to be made through springtime as well. A great reminder to get outside, enjoy the emerging flowers, and be thankful for the sunshine.

We are excited to introduce two new confection flavors for fall. We have said farewell to basil, jasmine, and lime coriander until next summer and we are welcoming in Pear Balsamic and Chinese 5 Spice.

Pear Balsamic
A tantalizing combination of juicy pear pate de fruit-made with fresh, organic Washington Bartlett pears-and tangy balsamic vinegar dark chocolate ganache. A feast for the senses! It is enrobed in milk chocolate.

Chinese 5 Spice
Infused with the intriguing Chinese combination of star anise, fagara, fennel, clove, and cassia. It gets a spicy kick from African cayenne and is garnished with a flourish of Chinese chile. POW!
