    "Multi-Chocolated: An Aesthetic, Historical and Scientific Journey into the Wonders of Chocolate

    What an amazing idea - this multidisciplinary class, taught at Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, uses the medium of chocolate to introduce a variety of learning opportunities - from biology, sociology, to marketing.
