Theo chocolate was featured at a PCRM fundraiser last night at the Max Art Studio.
The amazing creations that The Diva of Dairy-Free Desserts: Fran Costigan made for this event were all vegan, all organic, and all the sweeteners and chocolates were fair trade.

I don't compromise. I need excellent tasting, excellent quality chocolate, and I care deeply about fair trade and organic. Theo satisfies all my criteria-- delicious, great flavors, and it's the only organic and fair trade bean to bar company in the U.S. The desserts were a great success (gobbled, gone!) , no one guessed they were dairy and egg-free, and each guest left with a bar or two of Theo.
